User:Doc sctually from last 2 months i m siffering from pain in left side of abdominal area

User:And pain seems to affect the ribs area as well
User:I hv seen gyneac as well , noyhing on that front

User:It was gine for few days nd from yesterday i m facing pain again...not able sit as well...its not severe pain but quite troblesome

User:The pain is under the ribs area...and when i sit it seems as if there is lot of uneasiness
User:No not burning...but kind of mild continous pain..even if i try to press little near ribs or lower side of the ribs...it pains

User:Then gyneac did betahcg nd ca125 as i also have piles issue as well

User:Yes ...but i hv constipation..

Doctor:However without physical examination it is difficult to understand that the precise issue is.

Doctor:In my opinion, since you felt better with those medications, you need to be continued on the same for few more months
Doctor:while the doctors consider other investigation including colonoscopy.
User:Ohh...i think i hv not considered last case ...wht specislt shud i be seeing tobe sure
Doctor:For now, I would start you on proton pump inhibitor like pantoprazole along with pain killer like meftal spas.
Doctor:You should continue to consult a gastroenterologist
Doctor:who will reevaluate you and consider the missed tests.
