User:I had the Urticaria before some days
User:what may be the reason of this... I never had this before.
Doctor:Allergies are the reason for Urticara
User:How will i get to know that what allergy is causing me this?
Doctor:That is slightly difficult to know
Doctor:There are a lot of allergens that can cause urticaria
Doctor:you should think of what is the new thing that you came in contact with
Doctor:Food, pollen, cloth etc
User:and one more problem i found after this...when i used to take the stairs i used to get tired... I stamina is good...but taking stairs is causing the tiredness..

Doctor:It depends on your lung volume
Doctor:If a person of same age, same weight is getting tired along with you then it is normal
Doctor:because they usually have same lung volume
User:any advice you would like to share with me??

Doctor:You can increase the lung volume by exercising above your resting heart rate
Doctor:that means practising cardio exercises
