User:wat about that other thing thats there
User:the report has given a "?" on that
Doctor:There is a small lesion in the urinary bladder
User:wat does that mean
Doctor:it can be a tumor
Doctor:or papilloma
Doctor:For this, further investigation is required
Doctor:preferably a Cystoscopy and biopsy
User:if its a tumor
Doctor:also there is one small myoma in the uterus
User:is it something serious
Doctor:10 *10mm
User:okk wats that
Doctor:Now, these are the three findings on the scan of your mother
Doctor:Let take one by one
Doctor:kidney stone
Doctor:5 to 6 mm
Doctor:this is ok
Doctor:this does not require treatment
Doctor:with more of water intake it should pass away by itself
Doctor:You can repeat the scan after 3 months to know the status
Doctor:The papilloma
Doctor:as said
Doctor:further investigation is required, preferably a Cystoscopy and biopsy
Doctor:that means
Doctor:the growth will be seen through the urinary bladder using a scope
Doctor:then a part of small tissue will be taken and studied under the microscope
User:like an endoscopy
Doctor:Based on the biopsy report, we can remove it or leave it like that
User:got it
Doctor:The uterus myoma
Doctor:This need not be treated
Doctor:it seems like a small one and is not disturbing the uterine function
Doctor:Your mother need to see a urosurgeon and not neurosurgeon
User:remember i told u yesterday that she did the sono 6 8 mnths back
User:when she consulted the specialist he sd that the tumour is nothing to worry
User:he din say to do any further test
Doctor:I would suggest to go ahead with the cystoscopy and biopsy
User:ok but overal nothing to worry right
Doctor:not like that
Doctor:she needs follow up scan after 3 months
Doctor:it needs monitoring
User:so what about the pain
Doctor:she must take more of water for the stone to be washed away
Doctor:She has to wait and watch
Doctor:she can take pain killers for relief like paracetamol
User:stone is the cause for this
Doctor:yes mostly
User:ok and what about the cough
User:its still there and is adding more to the pain
Doctor:she should take cough suppressants for it
