User :   according to bmi it seems to be

User :   ya.. but it increases to blood pressure and other diseases

Doctor :   Studies have shown that people who are marginally overweight live longer and healthier lives than people who are underweight or on the slimmer side. So don't worry about the couple of extra kilograms.

User :   some time i thought of joing some vlcc program or something.. my tummy is little outside also

Doctor :   just do jogging for 30 minutes per day and a low fat diet- which is the best way to reduce your tummy

Doctor :   you can play racquet sports like badminton/ tennis and cycling/ swimming 2-3 times per week for improving flexiblity

User :   i usualy have oats in mornign with milk .. and chapati with vegetables in afternoon

Doctor :   strictly avoid junk foods/ deep fried foods and aerated soft drinks- very less nutrition and lots of problems

Doctor :   add a fruit or two- like babnana or a piece of papaya everday

User :   banana and papaya have fats
User :   they increase body weight
Doctor :   sometimes is alright- your body needs 3-4 tspn of oil everday
