Doctor :   Before explaining to you further, first let me tell you, that any weight reduction programme is a slow and gradual programme.
Doctor :   It might take a few months to see desired effects hence, patience and strict involvement is the virtue behind successful weight reduction.

Doctor :   1. The most tried and well accepted method is diet and exercise.
User :   yeah, I already know that. Now a days, This is my biggest worry.
Doctor :   Most of the doctor recommend this as they have the least side effects, however
User :   I am doing exercise regularly from last 3 month
Doctor :   the results can be seen slowly over a period of few months (4 to 6 months time).
User :   Even I already follow the diet regime. But still my weight does not losse.

User :   I am doing 30 min. of running over trademill/park, cycling, abs crunching and side crunching.

User :   Some time I do cross(Close to 45 min) in gym as replacement of running.
User :   I am not doing any heavy weight excersie.
Doctor :   Let me suggests the modifications.
User :   sure
Doctor :   1. Concentrate on cardiothoracic exercises, (brisk walking, jogging or thread mill) than strenous physical exercises, (your waist circumference is not under high limits)
Doctor :   perform these exercises initially for a period of time that you can tolerate.
Doctor :   There is no need to over exert and this may both cause muscular pain and may prevent you from following it regularly.
Doctor :   Try to be as regular as possible.
Doctor :   You can take regular breaks of a day ( as you take weekend off's during work) but be regular with the offs too.
User :   I am trying to be regular but some time due to work pressure, I am able to do only 5 days.
Doctor :   Over a period of few weeks, you may have to increase the duration and frequency,
Doctor :   and get down the breaks too.
User :   One more thing, when I am running in park, there is pain in my legs. just above the ankle.
User :   sorry below the ankle.
User :   you can say the lower part of leg bone start paining.
