Doctor :   nuts like almonds, cashew. raisins , walnuts in your diet atleast once in a day.
Doctor :   sample diet till you visit one
Doctor :   A glass of milk with protein powder or dry fruit powder.
Doctor :   Non-veg to b included daily. if you are non-vegetarien.
Doctor :   If veg then paneer 3-4 times and include more of chana, rajmah , in your diet everyday.
