User :   my daughter is 7 months old.. i've started with foods like rice and cerelac

User :   am giving her tomato juice as well as well as carrot juice

Doctor :   Good ,can add some vegetable into the diet in the form of mashed paste after boiling them soft
Doctor :   also give sari ( porridge ) made of grounded pulses , make sure that the pulse are ground very smooth and porridge be very dilute
Doctor :   the above diet i mentioned will cover her vitamin and protein needs
User :   can i get the powders available in market.. like health mix for babies..

User :   but she is taking lactogen..
Doctor :   pulses like green gram , beans, legumes ,dal etc

User :   am asking health mix powders which contains all cereals and pulses grounded in a powder form.
User :   she was breast-fed upto 5 months... then she was put on NAN... this month i;ve started lactogen 2

Doctor :   and the preservatives used to store them are bad for babies health
User :   can i give her all fruit juices..
Doctor :   pulp fruits can be given like , apple papaya, banana
Doctor :   avoid citrus fruits directly , better make juices of the same like orange , pineapple etc
User :   she is not a fussy baby... she accepts all foods readily. .. like idli, rice, juices etc.. in moderate quantities.. but she becomes hungry after 3 hours.. and feed her with food again... i think she eats more but she is not plumpy...

User :   should i give her food every time she demands (like every 2 to 3 hours)

User :   she is 6-1/2 kg is it ok for a 7 month old.. (birth weigth: 2.5 kg)
