User :   yes i hv cough, some nasal congestion
User :   Ok
User :   Let me explain to you.
User :   ok
User :   Based on the history that you have provided, it appears that your symptoms are all interlinked.
User :   Let me explain that in simple words.
User :   Most important causes of weakness of body are
User :   1. Reduced sleep
User :   2. Infection
User :   3. Lack of proper nutrition, hydration
User :   4. Stress and depression
User :   5. Medical illness such as diabetes, thyroid problems and other chronic conditions.
User :   Hence it is possible that your present sleep disturbance and probably infection (upper respiratory tract) is causing both headaches and the weakness that you are presently experiencing
User :   Since you don't report of high grade fever, chances that it could be serious infection is unlikely,
User :   However, if you notice that you develop high grade fever, then you will need to see a doctor for appropriate medications.
User :   Now for current symptoms, these are few measures that I suggest
User :   1. Continue with good nutrition. Nutrition should contain plenty of vegetables and fruits
User :   2. Drink plenty of water
User :   3. Try to sleep adequately.
User :   If your sleep is constantly getting disturbed or you feel like you are
User :   waking you find difficulty to sleep or inability to sleep once you wake up,
User :   you will need evaluation.
User :   can i hv juce instade of havng fruits?
User :   Fresh fruit juice is fine.
User :   ok
User :   is there anything u wan 2 suggest
User :   4. You can use benadryl cough syrup for a few days, if you there is severe nasal congestion.
User :   This will help both in getting you sleep as well as treat nasal congestion.
User :   5. Watch out for stress ful events.
User :   If you are being stressed out, include destressing measures like breathing exercise, meditations, yoga and exercise.
User :   6. Lastly watch out for few symptoms
User :   symptoms such as inability to sleep, constantly waking up from sleep; high grade fever; increased thirst; severe body pains; palpitations and so on.
User :   Presence of these symptoms warrants consulting a doctor physically.
User :   Have you followed what I have suggested?
User :   Do you have any other query?
User :   right now
User :   no query
User :   thanx for ur advices
User :   Thanks for consulting me.
User :   Have a great day..
