User:Since morning, water is continuously coming out of one of my eyes
Doctor:There may be blockade in the lacrimal duct due to dust or foreign particle
User:I am under medication. I am having lesuride OD 75 , nexpro Fast 40 & sucaryl gel for acidity
Doctor:you need to give a clean saline wash to it
User:Ok. I thought it could be due to some allergy
Doctor:It may be too
Doctor:You can continue the medicines
Doctor:There is no harm in it
Doctor:Is there a swelling too?
Doctor:Is there itching in the eyes?
User:There is no swelling
Doctor:And no itching too?
User:No itching as well.
User:What is a saline wash?
User:add salt to water and wash?
Doctor:A sterile wash is given using normal saline
Doctor:It is better done in the hospital OPD
User:oh ok.
Doctor:Is the watering too much or in drops?
User:is there any home remedy?
User:it is in drops
Doctor:If it is less, you may try add tears eye drops to the affected eye every 2 hours until the watering stops

Doctor:It is ADD TEARS eye drops
Doctor:in the affected eye 2 to 3 drops every 2 hours
Doctor:You should be fine in a day
