Doctor :   human papillomavirus (HPV). is the most common cause of the warts that are commonly seen There are 100 or more types of HPV
User :   ok
Doctor :   cantharidin a substance extracted from the blister beetle on your warts
User :   whts the solution for this
Doctor :   This is a chemical that is extracted and then painted on the skin and then tightly wound to keep it covered
Doctor :   It will need to be various modalities of treatment that need to be tried
User :   bt i think this wil jst cure the warts externally
Doctor :   since clearing the Virus is the most essential that needs to be done
Doctor :   No it will kill the VIrus also due to its chemical nature
User :   i think HPV is a defect in my blood ?
User :   recently i met a dermatologist
Doctor :   Minor surgery. This involves cutting away the wart tissue or destroying it by using an electric needle in a process called electrodessication and curettage. is the other modality of treatment that you can think of
User :   and he prescribed me Anitidox HC which will improve my immune system to fight against the virus in my body (HPV)
Doctor :   Immunotherapy harness your body's natural rejection system to fight off warts producing HPV
Doctor :   Yes that is what i was trying to get to
User :   wht do u thnk abt this is it also an alternative for a permanent solution
Doctor :   If your warts are resistant to it too then injection of alpha interferon therapy will be the next step
Doctor :   This is good and since there is no definitive treatment there needs to be various modalities that needs to be tried
User :   to be frank i am seeing a positive result in this
Doctor :   that is good then do not fail on your medications ever
Doctor :   Don't brush, clip, comb or shave areas that have warts, in order to avoid spreading the virus.
User :   the same doctor did the laser therapy to the warts (bigger in size) and left the smaller warts and guided me to take these tablets regulary to eliminate the small warts as well
Doctor :   If you are used to clipping your warts do not do it and if you have to still do it then do not use the same clipper that you apply for your finger nails
User :   now the warts are started to disappear
User :   but 1 question
User :   still whn shld i take this medication
Doctor :   Yes that is the modality of treatment since the larger once are more resistant tot treatment
User :   and does this has any side affects
User :   by consuming anitdox
Doctor :   Till your warts become susceptible to them and do not fall off or show signs of falling
User :   consuming anitdox will it cause any side affects
User :   ???
Doctor :   Yes there are side effects but are dose dependent and hence i need you to tell me the dosage to let you know on that
User :   oh i dnt rmber the dosage
Doctor :   ok
User :   i hv 1 tablet every night aftr food
