User :   my father has been to the hospital and had a lump cut out of his arm they say it could be a wart but last year he had cancer cut from his ear he also has a cough which does not go away

User :   he is 75 the lump is about 1inch not quite sure on size

User :   for at least 6 months
Doctor :   ok, so it has been sent for biopsy and histology i guess?
Doctor :   did the doctor mention, what the lump might have been ?
User :   yes that right they didnt want to cut it out because they said it be a wart but he asked them to cut it all away

Doctor :   what about the lump in the ear ? was it a cancer confirmed ?
User :   yes that was cancer
Doctor :   what kind of cancer , was that mentioned ?
User :   basel cell
Doctor :   In that case, it is locally malignant , and does not spread to far off places
User :   ok so what about his arm could be a wart i guess just a bit concerned as looked quite nasty
Doctor :   yes , warts look bad and dangerous
Doctor :   but they are not cancerous if the diagnosis was warts
