User:i would like to learn something about blood pressure
User:whts the meaning of its measurement??
Doctor:Blood pressure actually refers to the pressure under which the blood flows in the arteries
Doctor:Arteries are the vessels which carry oxygen XXXXXXX blood to the different organs in the body
Doctor:The upper reading is called the systolic blood pressure
Doctor:The lower reading is called the diastolic blood pressure
Doctor:Normally, whenever your heart beats, each beat is made up of 2 parts
Doctor:One part when the heart contracts to push blood into the arteries
Doctor:The blood pressure which is present during this phase is called the systolic blood pressure
Doctor:The second part of the beat is when the heart relaaxes
Doctor:The blood pressure in the arteries during this phase is called diastolic blood pressure

User:i will tell u wht i m facing i m body..

Doctor:and exercise for atleast 50 mins daily
User:actually i feel like tightning my body all the times..
User:means streaching my muscles of body..
User:but it happens unkwnglingly
User:but when i realize it
User:then i try to free myself and relax
User:but again when i m busy in my work again i feel the same..
