User :   last few days when i get up, specially if i sleep longer than 7-8 hours - i wake up feeling anxious...and i always feel that there are loads of things running in my mind....

User :   i mean i always feel there r tooo many things on my mind...specially after waking up..

User :   i hv gained weight in last 1 yr..but not particularly in the last few months

User :   appetite is fine...i eat same as always...

User :   ya..actually thats right i dont have any 'conscious' exercise in the day..specially during weekdays

Doctor :   called endorphins which tackle the stress
