User :   Sir, my waist is 34.5 and I want to reduce to 32? what I have to do for that?

User :   In office I dont get any problem but at home when I sit on floor for lunch or dinner for say 10 min then I feel cramps in legs and not able to walk for a while
Doctor :   yes, that is because when you sit on chairs the feet should bear weight on the floor
Doctor :   If not they will get loaded with venous blood which contains lot of lactic acid which is the reason for the pain in the evening
User :   is ther any malnutrition in me? if yes what is the remedy
Doctor :   Not at al , the pains are due to improper seating position
Doctor :   a brisk walk after office hours or before you sleep will help as it will wash out the lactic acid from the muscles

Doctor :   but just do abdominal exercises ,
