User :   My girlfriend complained after sex last night that her vagina hurt with sharp pains not soreness. This morning she threw up the tea she drank, whats going on ?
Doctor :   Hi
Doctor :   let me read your query
User :   Good Morning, how are you
Doctor :   Did she have severe bleeding ?
User :   No bleeding whatsoever
Doctor :   May i know, your girlfriends age ?
User :   19
Doctor :   and can you describe her pain ?
User :   She just said a sharp shooting pain
Doctor :   can you specify the location, and severity , ?
Doctor :   is it in the lower belly ?
Doctor :   Does she have any pain, while urinating ?
Doctor :   Has this happened before ?
User :   it has happened before
User :   it doesnt burn but it hurts whens she urinates
User :   yes the lower belly
User :   and the vagina she says hurt
Doctor :   I guess, this is due to sexual intercourse related pain
Doctor :   lack of adequate lubrication and rough sex, can result in such pain
Doctor :   I would advice you to take time and be gentle, as well as use lubrication in form of K Y jelly , etc
User :   We smoke marijuana, would that cause the lack of adequate lubrication
Doctor :   yes, it can cause decreased secretions as well
Doctor :   For the pain, i would advise, hot fomentation to the affected area, sitz bath in warm salt water to relieve the inflammation
Doctor :   also try tylenol, for the pain
User :   She's anemic
User :   and takes anxiety meds time to time
Doctor :   next time, Use proper lubrication while having sex
Doctor :   those meds can also reduce secretion in other body parts like mouth, trachea, etc as well
User :   One more question, four months ago I had what i thought were sand fleas all over my body, little bites after i went to the beach. And my penis got really bad, i chalked it off from the ant flea but thought maybe i had ingrown pubic hairs at the same time
User :   months later i am all better, the bites went away
Doctor :   i dont think thats of any issue in this case
User :   but there are like four round spots on the head of my penis that continually form a light colored scab and falls off and forms a scab
Doctor :   are there any ulcers on the glans penis, and do u have any discharge , etc?
User :   no discharge
User :   is it just that i have "rough" sex to often for it to fully have healed
User :   what are ulcers?
Doctor :   this could be due to friction related ulcers, that also is due to lack of proper lubrication, due to rough sex
Doctor :   ulcers = break in skin
User :   oh ok, but i havent gotten any new ones
Doctor :   I understand, but having rough sex, without lubrication can damage the sensitive skin of the penis
User :   Why did she throw up this morning??
Doctor :   and in turn result in such penis lesions
Doctor :   Have you followed my advice?
Doctor :   pain in the belly can cause nausea
User :   We ate thin crust pizza last night light on cheese, she is lactose intolerant but she said she puked only the tea she drank nothing else
User :   Yessir
Doctor :   any kind of pain in the genitalia and urinary tract can cause nausea
Doctor :   Use K Y JELLY
User :   OK
Doctor :   and for nausea, try any antiemetic available OTC
User :   Well thank for your time, and educating me. Take care Doc
Doctor :   ]as well
