User :   i had consumed food that had fallen on floor and immediately vomitted out the same food by forcing myself day before yesterday. today during brushing i vomitted a little of tea that i drank in the morning and i found trace of blood in that. is there any issue? is there bleeding inside my stomch or oesophagus? if so, willl it get cured by itslef or should i consult a doctor?
Doctor :   Hi
Doctor :   How can I help you?
Doctor :   The bleeding is possibly due to the constant vomitting, there is nothing to worry about.
Doctor :   I suggest that you take bland diet for a few days and try not to induce vomitting yourself.
Doctor :   If the problem repeats then we can see based on that.
Doctor :   Are you with me xxxxxx?
User :   will blod get accumulated in stoamch due to bleeding?
Doctor :   No,
Doctor :   How much blood was there?
User :   i have a little pain in stomach
User :   it was not mixed with food
Doctor :   That is probably due to the vomitting, there is nothing to worry.
User :   it was like a small line
User :   .5 cm line in tea
User :   lying separate with the cough
Doctor :   As it was on an empty stomach, there was no food. The blood is very minimal. There is no cause for worry.
User :   thank you sir
User :   when should i get alarmed to see doctor?
Doctor :   If the bleeding recurs and that too in a larger amount than what has occured along with any severe stomach pain
Doctor :   then you can consider a check up and physical examination
