User :   this actually starts once i get off from the bed in the morning . throughout the day its normal no virtigo .
User :   never before

Doctor :   did you ever suffer from ear discharge in childhood?
User :   no actualy cant remember . ya but i use to swim a lot ..

Doctor :   mild amount of virtigo early in the morning is normal
Doctor :   the organ which maintains the balance is situated in deep in the ear

Doctor :   I suggest you not to change your position from sleeping to standing position suddenly
Doctor :   do it slowly
User :   so what should be my postion during sleep
Doctor :   try to sleep supine on back not on one side
Doctor :   while getting up go to the standing position slowly
User :   see , once i get off .. the virtigo sill remains for a long time . this has never happended before

Doctor :   ok, follow as i said , and observe for 5 more days if it does not subside visit an ENT specialist

Doctor :   supine means sleeping on back facing upwards
User :   with or without pillow
Doctor :   ENT specialist after examination of the ear will be able to arrive at diagnosis

User :   dr . xxxx please let me know thw reason why i should visit an ENT specialist. because i think i dont have an ear problem

Doctor :   and will test your ear to rule out the cause of the virtigo arising from the ear
User :   recently i have undergone a comprehansive health check up at an renound hospital . tha reports including the ENT examination are normal

User :   what if the ENT examination comes normal
Doctor :   thats fine , but i suggest you to give history about the virtigo and get examined
User :   is there any other reasons for this perticular problems .. i mean other possibilities

User :   our gyne doctor has sugested one med. named NOVACLOX to continue 3 tabs for 6 days

User :   so my question is that these kind of med. are actually safe during pregnency

Doctor :   should be stopped if any kind of allergy devolops

User :   ok . but this very cough is reocurring .. so do you suggest to take med every time this happens

User :   my next ouestion is .. our doctr has advised a number of meds. like foloc acid , iron caps , calcium capsuls .. so u tell me when to take the medcins . i mean the apropiate timings of taking this meds

Doctor :   the folic acid and the calcium tablets can be taken in the morning after the breakfast, and the iron capsules after dinner in the night
User :   no my question is can she have this folic , iron and calciunm tabs all together after breakfast /lunch
User :   yes u are gettin my point
Doctor :   no , try not to give the iron capsules with other tablets, iron preparations are known to irritate the stomach more , it may aggravates the irritation if taken with other tabs
User :   so when to take this iron tab.. the doctr has advised her to have 2 capsuls /day . so when should she have tha 1st capsul n when to have the another one ??
User :   2 iron capsuls / day
Doctor :   ok then let her take one in the morning after breakfast and one after dinner in the night , and the folic acid and calcium in the noon after lunch

User :   ok about the water intake .. how much to intake
Doctor :   4 to 5 liters per day
User :   otherwise ??
Doctor :   thats recommended
User :   i mean if she is unable to take that much of water . as she is a working lady
Doctor :   No other alternative, she needs minimum of that water
