User :   My 11 yr old daughter breasts are growing, but the left one is bigger than the right one. It is very noticeable. Do she have some kind of condition?
Doctor :   Hi,
User :   Hi
User :   Hello,
Doctor :   No , there will be no problem
User :   Why is her breasts growing like that? When should they even out?
Doctor :   Ask her to massage the one which is lesser in size
User :   The only reason I am asking this is because my breasts never grew like that
Doctor :   The breasts are stimulated to grow under the influence of estrogen hormone in young girls. It begins with breast budding and about two years after that the first menstrual period occurs. The breast continues to grow for about 2-4 more years and it is during that time that there can be differences in size. and its normal
User :   Okay..
User :   okay
Doctor :   Its because the primary mound is no much sensitive to the hormones hence may sometimes in some show difference in size
Doctor :   once the secondary mound starts growing which is very sensitive to hormone the growth catches up and the normal size attained
Doctor :   Are you able to read me ?
User :   What will a massage do?
Doctor :   the breast development will be complete by 18 to 20 years ,wait for another year , i mean till 12 years if both do not come to the normal size then you may have to get her examined by a endocrinologist and a gynecologist
