User :   i am a 63 yr old male.i have cervical normal hesrt rate is 60-80.two months ago my heart rate droped to heart returned to normal in 5 days.7 days ago my heart rate dropped to 30-40 again.i have slight breathing problem.i have throbbing in my upper back.when i work with my cervical collar on the symptoms stop(except low heart rate)is cervical spondilosis causing the problem.
