User :   I have ulcer looking sores on my vaginal area. I just had my period and wore a pad with wings.There is no puss . I have been with the same person 10 years so not thinking an std. What could it be

User :   just looks like 15 or so canker sores , no puss or head raised edge with a white center
Doctor :   ok now what it can be from the history you have given me is most likely a fungal infection, you would be required to get a lab test done and dont worry a simple course of antibiotics will cure you completely
