User :   Hi Doc....my GF is having a problem..
User :   hi
User :   Dr. XXXXXXXX here
User :   please proceed with your query
User :   Hello
User :   Last week me and GF had sex.....
User :   ok
User :   protected sex....
User :   and now my GF is saying ..her pussy had swollen
User :   she is saying ..her hole is completely blocked and even her finger is not going inside
User :   ok. could you describe her symptoms in detail?
User :   she is saying ...her pussy's opening is almost closed n cudnt even insert finger...
User :   since how long is she having these symptoms?
User :   usually if she has had reaction to the latex in condom, the symptoms come down within 48 hours
User :   from past 4-5 days
User :   if there is any injury associated, then it wil take longer time to heal
User :   also ask her if there is any color change in the affected area?
User :   is there any pain or discharge assocaited?
User :   *associated
User :   lil area is red...and some discharge in cream color and discharge is like (as spoiled milk )
User :   ok. is there any abnormal /altered smell associated with the discharge?
User :   and also thr is no pain
User :   yes ..she is saying some smell is thr
User :   discharge is smelling
User :   some bad smell
User :   ok, then it suggests that she has had a probable injury and also developed infection.
User :   avoid having further intercourse until all her symptoms resolve
User :   go ahead with an examination done by a gynecologist to make sure she has not had any serious injury
User :   and get the discharge tested for identification of infection
User :   to be able to treat it adequately
User :   ok..but is it any serious ??
User :   a test called vaginal smear test will need to be done by taking smear from th e vaginal discharge
User :   how long shuld v wait to cunsult doctor ??
User :   and seeing it immediately under microscope
User :   since her symptoms have continued over 4-5 days, do not delay further
User :   meet gynecologist ASAP
User :   since the discharge also suggests infection and swelling is still present, so it has chances to spread upwards
User :   and cause infection of uterus and other structures, leading to infertility issues later
User :   ok....before meeting doctor ....can we hve any medicines ??
User :   ask her to do warm salt water sitz bath two times a day
User :   sitz bath ?? meaning
User :   she might need to use antifungals/antibiotics/antiprotozoal for correction
User :   which would be decided after examination and tests
User :   sitz bath: is to sit is warm water tub with a little salt added to it
User :   it will help a little with discomfort due to swelling
User :   ok ok....
User :   did you follow what I have said?
User :   yes...
User :   if any infection is detected in her, then even you should get treated simultaneously, and avoid having intercourse while on treatment to avoid chances of re-infection
User :   is there anything else I can help you with?
User :   wuld u sujjest any ointment / tablets ...
User :   now
User :   no, I will not be able to suggest any medications at present, since the exact cause is not made out.
User :   please do not delay in meeting a gynecologist for examination and the smear test
User :   to identify infection
User :   and start on treatment ASAP
User :   doc ..wht do you think...is this very serious issue ???
User :   and continue with sitz bath with warm water and salt
User :   yes it is a serious issue, since her symptoms have not subsided, and discharge suggests infection
User :   the more you delay, it can lead to complications
User :   as I have explained earlier about infertility
User :   ok fine...
User :   is there anything else I can help you with?
User :   thanks doctor...
User :   nthing else....thank u so much doctor
User :   thanks for consulting me. bye for now.
