User :   During the past two weeks
User :   I have had episodes of urinating in my sleep

User :   we have been intimate and at times in my moments of "stupidity" he has had intercourse with me without a codemn
User :   I want to just have a clean slate but I am scare to get test for HIV. I got tested for other STDS

Doctor :   also if it gets tested positive, getting started on medications will help prevent serious sequelae and after effects
User :   I don't have insurance right now... I'm in school
User :   and it's become quite difficult to imagine how I would manage if that happened
