User :   my urine test reading for blood was non hemolysis ++ what does this mean?

User :   my bowel has been very active today and i have had pain in my lower abdomen as well as shooting pains in my urethra, I have been taking antibiotics for 2 days

User :   it seems t have got worse again today, as yesterdays blood reading was clear
User :   is the bowel activity and pain normal, i am due to travel abroad tomorrow
