How can I help you?
Have a couple of queries.
Proceed with your queries.
Secondly, Is Calcium Deposition in the Heel area curable. What is the cause of the same.
Are you there?
Since when are you having this problem?
Post Consumption after sometime, it happens
A lot many years. Though i have not been a regular drinker of Milk since childhood. So.
Whenever i have initiated to start drinking as a regular practice have had to refrain from doing so after a couple of days 'cause of the loose stools
There could be 2 causes in such cases.
1. You may be having intolerance to some nutritional content of milk.
An entity called "lactose intolerance" which is common in children and few adults can cause similar symptoms.
You need to check if you have any such intolerance.
for your first concern is
What is the process of checking. the intolerence level
this probably might be a case of irritable bowel.
In a few people motility of intestines are increased following certain diet, stress and other external factors resulting in episodes of loose stools.
A visit to a gastroenterologist will help us differentiate between the two.
to differentiate between the two.
Coming to your second concern, I would be able to address it better, if you can specify the symptoms you have?
I have visited such a doctor in 2006 and underwent a Colonscopy as that time i used to have irritable bowel ( whenever consuming any meal/food item i used to have loose stools) The reports came Normal.
Irritable bowel is a name given to any hyperactive gut, when all other conditions are ruled out.
For the second concern the symptoms are : Pain in the Heel Area while walking/or when there is too much of stress due to long hours or standing/execessive activity.
If all the test - colonoscopy, breathe test and so on are normal, then this "stomach upset post milk" could be part of irritable bowel syndrome.
Alright. What is the possible treatment for the same.
I shall address the pain in the heel after dealing with your first concern.
The treatment of the previous problem would depend on the cause.
If you are intolerant to any of the substance/nutrient of milk
then the best treatment would be to avoid any milk or milk products.
As lactose intolerance is caused by deficiency of enzymes
some doctors prescribe medications containing the deficient enzyme
to improve tolerance.
Such drugs are available in market and have lest side effects.
Irritable bowel syndrome however is a chronic condition which needs strict dietary and life style changes.
I am sorry if my treatment options are not specific
since I am not able to examine you and investigate
you would need to discuss with your gastroenterologist
and decide upon the right treatment based on the cause.

Now coming to your second concern,
pain in the heel region after prolonged standing / stress
or walking also

In a few individuals who have flat foot, where the structure of the foot are not properly aligned and those who are overweight
i guess i have a flat foot
prolonged standing, walking can cause severe stress on the feet causing pain.
and partially overweight too.
Calcium deposition is probably not the cause, unless it was diagnosed on a xray / other radiological tests.
Yes, flat foot and overweight can cause such problem.
We can deal with such problems by reducing weight.
You can also find personalized foot wears for flat foot.
