Doctor :   hi
Doctor :   DrXXX here
User :   Hello Doctor
Doctor :   please proceed with your healthquery
User :   I got married a year back and my wife and I are planning to have a kid now..
Doctor :   ok
User :   I guess i have a weird problem..during intercourse the foreskin is tight/rigid and kind of pains...
Doctor :   ok. please describe your symptom in detail
User :   the foreskin of the penis when retracted seems tight, and takes some time to come back to orginal position..and during intercourse I have slight pain...that is the issue basically.
Doctor :   ok. was this problem happening since a long time or has it recently started?
Doctor :   do you face any problems with maintaining erection?
Doctor :   is there any discomfort or pain with ejaculation?
User :   no..when using a condom, there were no issues..no pain/discomfort during ejaculation
Doctor :   ok
Doctor :   is there ballooning of foreskin present when ejaculating or urination?
User :   don't think so or haven't noticed
Doctor :   ok. then I would recommend you to see if there is any ballooning present.
Doctor :   also look for retraction problems when penis is flaccid
User :   ok..
Doctor :   if the retraction of foreskin is problem only when penis is erect, then there could be mild scars or fibrous tissue attaching it firmly.
Doctor :   which should be removed.
Doctor :   for this you will require careful examination done by a Urologist or an Andrologist
Doctor :   to know what the exact problem is
User :   I see..OK
Doctor :   depending on the extent of problems, treatment module will be decided upon
User :   alright..is it a serious condition?
Doctor :   if problem is mild, topical medicated creams to dissolve the scars/fibrous tissue can be prescribed by the urologist
User :   ok...
Doctor :   if the problem is moderate to severe, then a minor operation/procedure might be needed to release the foreskin
User :   if there is prob when it is flaccid?
Doctor :   do not worry, it is not a major problem, it can be rectified medically, and if medical treatment fails, then a minor surgery can fix it
User :   ok
User :   also one more thing doc
User :   hope this chat is confidential :)
Doctor :   yes it is confidential
Doctor :   do nor worry
Doctor :   have you followed what iI have said?
User :   yes..
Doctor :   is there anything else I can help you with?
User :   no thats it for now..will check and see a urologist
Doctor :   thanks for consulting me. bye for now.
