User :   About 5 months ago i had unprotected sex with a friend of mine. I never had any symptoms of an std untill one morning i woke up and shaved my genital region and later that morning my scrotum began to tingle followed by a mild burning sensation. This has been the only symptom ive had other than i noticed a couple of very small red marks on the backside of my penis. They have never turned into blisters, i have no penis drip, no fever, etc. etc.
