User:i have a query with regards to my sonography report done tday
User:for abdomen and pelvis

User:the conclusion of report states Hepatomegaly with fatty liver‎.
User:LIVER‎ ‎:‎ It is enlarged in size measures ‎16‎.‎8 ‎cm and shows mild generalised increase in echogenicity suggestive of fatty ‎ change‎. ‎No evidence of any solid or cystic intra‎-‎hepatic lesion is noted‎. ‎The portal vein and hepatic veins appear ‎ normal‎. ‎No evidence of any dilated intra or extra hepatic biliary radicals noted‎
User:need your advice in understanding what is the outcome of this report
