User :   need help in getting rid of developing eye bags ..

User :   25
Doctor :   from how laong are you having this.
Doctor :   long.
User :   noticed this couple of months back
Doctor :   ok, do you get adequate sleep
User :   6-7 hrs
User :   i manage that
Doctor :   ok , do you drink drink ,smoke
User :   yeah
Doctor :   you will have to avoid all of that.
User :   reduced smoking though .. from 10 -12 a day to 3-4 a day
Doctor :   and also reduce salt intake.
User :   drinking is like once or twice a week
Doctor :   ok, but if you want clean clean you will need to stop all that

Doctor :   also drink lots of water 2 lts per day to to flush toxins
User :   well .. these bags are quiet visible in the morning and they subside by afternnon or evening
User :   they r unnoticable by evening
