With the history I have got, it seems like she is having seizure activity.
To check if it is seizures, an EEG may be required. If it is seizures, she need to be checked for lesions in brain. for that a CT or MRI brain would be sufficient.
During seizures, as you said, locked jaw can occur.
This can be prevented only by preventing the seizures.
For that first we need to diagnose seizures, and then take medicines accordingly.
