User :   what can he do?
Doctor :   this a tight fore skin
User :   what can be done to cure this
Doctor :   better he gets examined by a surgeon
Doctor :   and get operaated
User :   how far back should a normal foreskin go [on average]?
Doctor :   cicumcision may be neede
User :   is there any alternative than circumcision? he's terrified of that
Doctor :   For 15 or 30 minutes every day, gently stretch the opening of the foreskin and apply a topical steroid cream twice a day. but this to be done only after doctor examination
User :   how far back should it go if he can stretch it
Doctor :   yu should not use steriod cream without doctor examining
Doctor :   there are lot of side effects
User :   yes but i want to know how far back a normal foreskin goes
User :   if it's worth stretching
User :   just behind the head?
Doctor :   yes some times it helps

Doctor :   Stretch the opening every day for 15-20 minutes twice per day. The more time you spend stretching it the faster it will work.
