User :   on the floor of my mouth
User :   when i move my tongue to the side i can feel it

Doctor :   2) Eat less spicy food
User :   do you think it is just an ulcer at the moment
Doctor :   3) Consult a dentist for your sharp tooth that can further increase the problem
