User :   i have been detected with typhoid and was in the hospital for 4 days last week

User :   i underwent a blood culture

User :   they also did blood tests of malarial parasite and dengue

User :   the doctor said all was normal.. but the blood culture tested positive for typhoid

Doctor :   As you have been diagnosed with typhoid fever, it is very important to have few diet restrictions as this may produce complications like intestinal perforations.
Doctor :   The diet restrictions are as follows: Doctor :   1. Avoid spicy and oily food.
Doctor :   2. Avoid alcohol.
Doctor :   3. Consume lots of fluids like water and fruit juices.
Doctor :   4. Avoid skipping meals and anything which would produce gastritis.
Doctor :   5. Avoid consumption of tea and coffee as it produces gastritis.

User :   how much time does this take to recover... and how much time do i need to follow this
