User :   I get random twitching constantly the only way I can describe it is it starts in the lower back and slowly climbs up my spine until it reaches by shoulder blades. once it reaches my shoulder blades it just feels like it tightens and keeps tighting until I twitch. Once the twitch has come a chill runs down my spine. this goes on constantly probably about 3 ot 10 times an hour it all depends.

rather it is something to do with your mind

But to rule things out, I would suggest you to consult an Orthopedic surgeon once

and he/she might order for a CT scan if essential

If the things are ruled out by the orthopedician

Chiropractic treatment is not under our expertise

and it could be used as a supportive treatment rather, if I am not wrong

Are you responding positively to chiropractic treatment?

Doctor :
Yes you can do it to resolve the issue
Doctor :
You would require the help of a clinical psychologist
Doctor :
who will be of immense benefit
Doctor :
and also engage yourself in a healthy exercise which you enjoy
Doctor :
it could be swimming, jogging, walking , yoga
Doctor :
That will decrease the pain
Doctor :
as there would be an improvement in general circulation
User :   ok, i've been trying to excercise but the depression I have gets me down and makes it hard
Doctor :   Ok

Doctor :
A clinical psychologist would help in both
Doctor :
and if it still proceeds then a Pschiatric treatment would be required
User :   could it also be adult onset of eplipsy cause I just found out my aunt had it when she was 20 and died when she was 23
Doctor :   No

Not a feature

Could you get a clear idea of what I am able to communicate?
