User:Hello Doctor..
User:I've been having trouble sleeping over the past few days..
User:I feel some tension in my heart though there's nothing that I'm really worrying about..
Doctor:May i know your age ?
Doctor:and how many days have u had this problem ?
User:I will complete 26 in another 2 months
User:Just the past 7-10 days
Doctor:any specific changes in your lifestyle ?
User:I recently got married..2.5 months back..
Doctor:any travel related stress, body pain, etc ?
User:So, a few changes in my food habits..
User:from hotel food to home food etc..
Doctor:any work related stress , etc ?
User:My travel time to office has increased..Travelling about 45 minutes by bike..
Doctor:you mean, this has changed since the last 10 days ?
User:Not since the last 10 days..But in the last month..
Doctor:what time to u sleep and when do u wake up ?
Doctor:how many times do u wake up at night ?
Doctor:(in between sleep ) ?
User:I sleep at 12 in the night and get up at 7..
User:Once i get to sleep i don't wake up easily..
User:But having some trouble actually getting to sleep..
Doctor:has this pattern, stayed all the time ?
User:Nope..I'm usually a sound sleeper..I sleep immediately when i lie down..
Doctor:do u watch TV or read before sleep ?
User:No.. :( I wrap up my work and get to sleep..
Doctor:so u work late hours ?
Doctor:do u have a specific time to go to sleep ?
Doctor:or does it change daily ?
User:Not much..It's typically between 11.45 to 12.15
Doctor:so u now have falling asleep ?
User:Yes..Having trouble falling asleep..
Doctor:how much time, does it take, for u to sleep, once on the bed ?
Doctor:i mean fall asleep ?
User:About a week back, It took almost 4 hours before I fell asleep..
User:Yesterday, about 30 minutes..
Doctor:so u are probably getting back to your normal rhythm , now
User:I'm not sure about that..My normal rhythm is to fall asleep immediately :) But like yesterday, Until i fall asleep, i feel very uncomfortable..
Doctor:usually, falling asleep within 30 minutes , is ok
Doctor:in case a person is stressed or anxious about something, and he is thinking too much, then that is the main reason for delayed onset of sleep
Doctor:sometimes, if a person goes to bed much earleier than he is used to, then it is also a reason
Doctor:the body has a clock of its own
Doctor:and it does stick to it
User:I see. Does this point to any heart related issues? I'm very concerned about that as well..
Doctor:that is not related to any anything abnormal

User:I'll wait for another 5-10 days to see how it works out..
Doctor:for a proper sleep, a regular time of sleeping or going to bed is needed
Doctor:if u stick to it , then u will not have any such issues
User:Ok..I'll definitely try to regularize the time..
Doctor:Some physical exercise on regular basis, preferably in morning improves restful sleep. Do not ‎exercise just before going to bed as it can detrimental to your sleep. ‎
