User:pain in the easophagus, looks like swelled & facing troubles with swallowing.
User:had taken some juice with 3/4 ice cubes yest

User:no fever
Doctor:You may do gargling with Betadine mouth gargle
Doctor:Thrice daily for next 2 days
User:doesnt have any sign of infection in throat
Doctor:Yes, that is right
User:pains only when swallowed below throat
Doctor:You just have to do warm saline gargles
Doctor:It may be due to Gastritis as well
User:will it impact the XXXXXXX swelling
Doctor:Take simple antacids like Digene liquid
User:the gargles may not reach that distance
