Doctor :   I am sorry, I am experienced in Allopathic medicine, hence I cannot comment of efficacy of other lines of treatment
Doctor :   premature ovarian failure or primary ovarian failure suggests that there is no production of eggs
User :   okie. Is there any other way other than donor egg program for conceiving in allopathy
Doctor :   during birth the reserve of immature eggs that is usually present in ovary in normal children was not found in you, hence there will be no way that you can produce eggs.
User :   some way to simulate the ovaries for egg production
Doctor :   hence donor egg is required for conception
User :   okie thank you
Doctor :   since there is no reserve of immature eggs that should be present (in normal women) the induction therapy will fail
Doctor :   what can be done as last step is to take ovarian biopsy to study of immature follicles are present (in case you do not have primary ovarian failure)
Doctor :   and if immature follicles are found, then induction therapy can be tried
