User :   To make the most of this 5 min. free trial, while I'm waiting, here is my HPI: 30 y/o female. Sx of Pericordial catch syndrome: sharp, stabbing pain at the level of about my 6th intercostal space. Persistent, for the past 30 min or longer. consistently 2/10 on 10 pt pain scale, but intensified to 8/10 with inspirations. Deeper inspiration makes it worse
User :   I've had these sx before, but never lasting this long. Pain does not radiate anywhere else, and I have having no other sx except some slight anxiety.
User :   pain is on the left side and is most intense near the sternocostal angle, but continues around to the left
