User :   I am fifty year old. I have a poor eyesight and suffer from kertoconus. I see a floater in my left eye and have been told that my retina has thinned in my right eye considerably and have pockets of thinning retina in my left. I also feel that my right eye is heavy.Please advise on the treatments available and any vitamins I should take.
