User :   hello, my husband had a hemorrage in his eye artery and has lost his visiion

User :   the doctor prescribed some laser treatment to avoid further bleeding

User :   he also mentioned that vision may not imporve in such case. he is a BP patient too

the laser treatment will be used to control further bleeding by sealing the bleeding artery
User :   the laser treatment is panretinal photo congulation (i am not sure about the spelling)

Doctor :   but the vision may not improve as there will be tears and detachment of retina due to the bleed
Doctor :   yes that is the laser procedure done to stop the bleeding by coagulating the blood in the bleeding artery
User :   i am going for a laser treatment in mangalore.. can he not have his eyesight back? is it going to affect the other eyes too.
User :   pictures seem to be clear on the other eye
