Doctor :   Let me brief you.
Doctor :   Since I am unable to visually see the lesion or perform a physical examination, I cannot predict the exact cause for those lesions, however,
Doctor :   I shall provide you with some informations that may help you.
User :   pls
Doctor :   1. Corn or a callus is thickened skin and can present with similar lesions as described by you.
Doctor :   They are usually noted at pressure sites.
Doctor :   If your lesions are at the pressure points on your foot, then these lesions are probably a corn.
Doctor :   Other conditions which can have cause similar lesions are lichenifications.
User :   ok
Doctor :   Corn is a reversible condition, and the symptoms reduce with the use of soft foot wears, and avoiding tight foot wears which can exert more pressure at those pressure points.
Doctor :   The other form of treatment are by the use of kerotinolytic creams such as salicylic acid creams.
Doctor :   House hold remedies such as castor oils, lemon peels are also useful in reducing the symptoms, and so are
Doctor :   the use of pumice stone.
Doctor :   Lichenifications need more aggressive treatment and occasionally may include the use of steroid creams.
User :   oh! i se
User :   see*
Doctor :   Hence I would suggest you to consider consulting a doctor - dermatologist who will be able to identify the lesions based on the physical examination findings.
Doctor :   Have you followed what I have suggested?
User :   yeah i understood the household treatment to follow
User :   can i know what is pumice stone
Doctor :   A pumice stone are basically any stone which has plenty of pores in it.
User :   oh got it
Doctor :   Alternatively any rough stone which can act like sand paper like can also be used.
User :   and if it is corn, some doctors says to remove by doing surgery, so after removing that are theere any chances of re appearing?
Doctor :   These are basically to remove the excess and thickened stone by the act of rubbing.
User :   okay
Doctor :   Corns can be treated by surgical methods also,
Doctor :   There are chances of recovery if there is continued pressure on those specific points.
Doctor :   Hence even after the removal by surgery, you would need to avoid tight fitting shoes and
Doctor :   use soft padded ones to prevent the recurrence.
Doctor :   The cause for these corns are excess pressure, hence if you avoid them, you can avoid the recurrence.
Doctor :   Have you followed what I have suggested?
User :   okay understood
Doctor :   Do you have any other query?
User :   its nice to talk with you doctor
User :   thank you
User :   i will start using your house hold remedies, and will consult a doctor if it pains more
