User :   about a month after the injury, i did an normal x ray and nothing was broken

Doctor :   They're subject to the wear and tear of aging, direct injury and inflammatory diseases.

User :   i immbolized it sometimes then i take it off to test it and its still there

User :   can i wrap some ice in cloth and keep it on it
Doctor :   Wrap it in Ice in Cloth do not apply direct ice since that would affect the skin..

Doctor :   Two or three Bock of ice each 4-5 cms in length and breath.
