User :   i've had irregular menstrual cycles n flow post my delivery which was 3 years ago now
User :   i've developed over 25 kgs of weight which partly has been due to an irregular diet pattern n feel lethargic n tired at times

User :   wht could these symptoms lead to?
Doctor :   irregular periods along with weight gain can be due to PCOS, a very common cause
Doctor :   or other ovarian issues like cysts
User :   then y a pap test.. tht's worrying
Doctor :   the PAP smear test ti to see if any cervical changes are present
User :   rn't pap test done to check for cancer?
Doctor :   and to rule out early cancer. it is recommended to be done every year in all sexually active women
