User :   I am a Male of 36 years. I am undergoing treatment for stress and sinus
User :   I am taking Oleanzapine 5 mg and risperidone 3 mg for stress and Sinarest whenever I have sinus headache.
User :   I am suffering from fatigue. How do I overcome fatigue? I am taking OTC Supractive Complete for fatigue. Also, are there medicines available for better concentration at work and better memory at work?
Doctor :   Have you been diagnosed with any mental disorder? Of so what is the diagnosis?
User :   It is mild psychosis I am working now and my Psychiatrists says that I am alright now but need to continue this dosage to prevent a relapse

User :   My doctor has just told me that it is psychosis. I don't know whether it is bipolar or schizophrenia.
