User :   i have had back pain off and on for year, but since January it has been constant, interferring with my daily like, i have stopped taking the dog for long walks, no more bike riding etc. I went to the doctor took an x ray and started physical therapy. the xray showed mild height loss of t12, mild grade anterolisthesis of l4 l5 and mild degrenation of L3 l4 and L4 l5 and generalized degrenerative facet changes, After finishing 6 weeks of therapy I felt some relief but no way near 100%.. I then had a MRI which shows posterior bulginh L3 L4 slight disc bulgeT12 L1, difusse disc bulging lateraly L4 L5 with moderate facet arthropathy and annular bulge L5 S1 no stenosisand tarlov cysts of sacrum I am still having pain, I am doing nothing but sitting on the couch because everytime I try to do anything my back is hurting, it is making me depressed and starting to gain weight. my doctor said there was nothing wrong with my back, just sign og getting old, This does not make me feel any better. do you have any suggestions?
