User :   Hi, good evening.
User :   i want to know regarding the swellings caused for me yesterday and the skin area became red
User :   the swellings are similar to mosquito bites, but the area of swelling is large
Doctor :   Where is the swelling?
Doctor :   how many swellings are there?
User :   i can say all over the body it happened to me, on hands, legs, on waist, back side of neck, back potion
User :   they didn't remained, if i didn't scratched or it didn't touched they became to normal skin
User :   but now on back(side of backbone) i can see red rashes till now
User :   when they came, it itched me so much, so i rubbed on them and i see more area swelling by rubbing
Doctor :   Have you bitten by mosquitoes? Were you stayed outsid , like in part before the swellings?
Doctor :   These are called urticaria
User :   no mosquitoes were bitten , but only thing which caused i think i was in toilet in bus station for 3-4 mins, and i didn't feel any mosquito bitten to me
User :   the toilet room was not so bad, its ok in perspective of cleanliness
Doctor :   This is allergic reactions probably for insect bites

User :   ok, do i need to take any step further, because the rashes are still there where i rubbed in some areas

User :   i am 28 years old

User :   yes but not all over the body, often when mosqutio bites
Doctor :   This i s probably allergic reaction. You need to take Claridine 10 mg one tab daily
Doctor :   Apply Calamine lotion all over the body
Doctor :   ALso take Ibuprofen 400mg an 1 tab 3 times a day
Doctor :   take fro 3-4 days
User :   okay, lotion to be applied before sleep
Doctor :   Any time
User :   okay
User :   and could you pls undestand me why this allergic happened, is this due to any deficiency
Doctor :   Because there are many swellings , because of itching , there are chances of getting infected, si I recommend you to get a prescription for antibiotics
Doctor :   I recommend you consult any General physician and get the antibiotics
Doctor :   It does not look to wait until thet are infected

User :   yeah i understood

User :   yeah its good, so if i have the rashes still tomorrow as well. its better to consult general physician right?
Doctor :   Since I have not examined you, I can not estimate whether they resolve by tomorrow or not?

Doctor :   Then tomorrow based on the rash status, consult ur MD
