User :   I have a bad knee pain from some time now
User :   ok. since when are you having this pain? how did it start?

User :   I am having this from past one year.. its got bad from 6 months. This started with my ankle twist.

User :   no problems while in motion... just pain when i am sitting or standing, riding, climbing

Doctor :   Ligament injuries are initially treated with ice packs and immobilization, with rest and elevation
Doctor :   . It is generally recommended to avoid bearing weight on the injured joint, and crutches may be required for walking. Some patients are placed in splints or braces to immobilize the joint to decrease pain and promote healing. Arthroscopic or open surgery may be necessary to repair severe injuries.
User :   I am able to do my daily work normally except for the pain in certain times
