User :   Yes,.... I'm in a little trouble, I'm failed to control my mind, it is always jumping here and there, Failed to concentrate, what you think?

User :   I'm an engineer, most my jobs I'll not start until I reach close to due point

User :   For example to read a book,... Take a book and mind will say to me you've time take some rest and start, then I stop

Doctor :   by the time you reach the office or before you leave the office called Prioritization

So after you get up, exercise, have breakfast and bath

then set your prioritizagtion

Take a small book, which can fit in your pocket

Put date on each page

Now divide the page in four boxes

First box has Important and Urgent

Second box has Unimportant and Urgent

Third box has Not urgent but important

So now think of one minute and write down that days activities in each of the boxes basing on the priorities
