User :   my nephew has been diagonised with jaundice
User :   the sgpt is around13, bilirubium total is 1.85
Doctor :   ok.
User :   doctor has given the foll medicines silymarin 1 tablet 3times
User :   live52 bs 1 tablet twice a day
User :   and also vitfocol injection to be taken every alternate day for 10days
User :   the RBC indices ar low
Doctor :   ok. please provide his age, height, weight
User :   age is 19 yrs, ht 6ft 2inches and weight around 65
User :   he is very lanky
User :   was complaining of nasuea and not able to eat well,
User :   no fever or any other symptoms
User :   test to be repeated after a month as per doctors instructions
Doctor :   ok. the symptoms that he is having can be attributed to the jaundice itself
User :   is the treatment suggested ok or should we go to a MD
Doctor :   the treatment suggested is fine. since how many days he is taking treatment?

Doctor :   ok. let him continue for another 3 days. keep him well hydrated.

Doctor :   if he is not fine with the treatment in next 2-3 days time, then consult with a gastroenterologist

User :   he is already feeling ok and going about his normal duties

Doctor :   the test scan be repeated next week if he is not better
Doctor :   if he is started to feel fine, then let him continue on treatment as prescribed
