User :   Hi I am 30 yers Male, I have problem with my Testis(left) from last 4 yesrs. The left side Testis is appring very big than right side testis. Some times it also get's pain. But every thing is normal (like responding).
Please help me what can i do to reduce my left side testis.

User :   The pain is only left side which is appering big from last 4 years
Doctor :   In almost all individuals one of the testis is lower than that of the other, which makes them appear bigger is size when compared to the other one. This is a normal feature and does not warrant any evaluation or treatment.

Doctor :   Apart from this other causes of swelling and pain are trauma, infection, strenous physical exercises, aggressive sexual behaviour and so on.

Doctor :   Few other causes such as infection and tumour can also cause similar symptoms,

Doctor :   Since I am unable to perform a physical examination, I am unable to pinpoint the exact cause for your symptoms, however,

Doctor :   based on the description of the symptoms, its more likely that
Doctor :   that the cause for your symptoms is probably inflammation.
Doctor :   I shall suggest you few measures that should help you.
User :   so is there any way to reduce size of the same..
Doctor :   1. Watch out for any new symptoms that may develop, such as further increase in size of swelling, persistent pain, skin colour changes.
User :   bcz some times even I could not able to ware innerware..
Doctor :   2. Use anti inflammatory drugs such as Tablet 200 mg when in pain.
User :   ok
Doctor :   3. Drink plenty of water and avoid physical exertion during the pain.
User :   ok
Doctor :   4. Report to your doctor if you find symptoms such as fever, pain while urination, burning sensation while urination - in such cases you will need evaluation.
User :   ok
Doctor :   Lastly, if the cause for the swelling is just inflammation and not due to the physical appearance (as mentioned earlier), then yes, with proper treatment, the swelling can be reduced.
