User :   hello. my boyfriend was fine all day until a couple of hours ago in the car he got extremely hot and his tongue, hands, feet, arms were numb. he then became extremely cold and feeling really sick. He hadn't eaten all day really and drank lots of water and is nibbling on some bread. He has taken motrin for a fever but i'm wondering if it's not something more serious he needs to worry about?
User :   he is not numb anymore and his breathing has continued to be just fine
Doctor :   let me read what you have typed
